This will be a great first living quarters trailer and has been through our shop.
This trailer has a 10' short wall LQ, is 8' wide, 7' tall and about 28' on the floor. Midtack trailer with mangers in the back two stalls, escape door at the first stall, drop down windows on the head side, collapsible rear tack with three swing out saddle boss's. The horse area is totally lined and insulated including the ceiling. There is a hay rack with ladder, awning, battery in a aluminum battery box and two LP tanks.
The interior has been updated with new upholstery on the cushions, dinette, double upgraded sinks and faucets in kitchen and bathroom, upgraded LED lights in the fixtures, two burner cooktop with lid, 6 cubic foot refrigerator, A/C and furnace. TV shelf with antenna and wall plate. The bathroom has a shower with glass door, vanity with medicine cabinet, linen closet, hanging wardrobe closet and a porcelain toilet. There is a walk thru door to the midtack which has a big boot box and hanging rod.
